Health Plan and Employer Savings

Medicare as the primary payer reduces the medical risk for the health plan or employer and increases medical savings.

Twenty four months after the initial disability payment, the Member becomes enrolled in Medicare.

A disability approval extends Cobra benefits an additional 11 months.

Cash Benefits

Members receive between $1,000.00 and $2,000.00 per month.

Reduced out of pocket costs for members who have left the work place due to a work limiting condition.

FAS 106 and GASB 45 Liability

Employers reduce their FASB and GASB liability with Medicare as the primary payer.
